Recommendations for use

Prepare the electrode by wetting the natural sponge in a solution of organic salt dissolved in water. Place the sponge in its housing, then apply the electrode. We recommend the use of underwear to hold the electrode in place. After use, clean the sponge and the stainless steel mesh with a little soap and water. Replace the 3rdH Softy E-Stim electrode in its pouch.
